One Day Course on Driving Organizational Change

This course covers the eight constants of change, the foundational truths that leaders need to know to drive change and win. It also introduces participants to the change management 101 methodology and tools found in the change management pocket guide. The class includes hands on exercises, cases and the opportunity to address current project challenges. The day ends with the creation of a change management workplan. Earn HRCI Strategic Credits and PMI PDUs and Recertification units for ASQ too! Small class sizes.
